Why we exist

Finding a trustworthy appliance repair specialist usually means wading through directories, review sites that bury the real businesses under ads, and lead services that hand your number to five companies at once. We started Appliance Pros Network to make that part simple: tell us what broke and where you are, and we connect you with one local specialist who can actually help.

How matching works

When you submit a request, we look at your ZIP code, the appliance, and the brand, and we route it to a single independent specialist who covers your area and works on that type of appliance. They contact you directly to confirm details and schedule a visit. We don't run an auction, and we don't share your request with more than one specialist.

What we are not

• We don't perform repairs. The independent specialists in our network do. They give the estimate, do the work, and stand behind it.
• We're not a directory or review site.We don't publish specialist profiles or rankings for you to sort through.
• We don't take a cut of your repair. You pay the specialist directly. We never process your payment.

How specialists join the network

We're in our first season of operation and growing the network carefully. Before a specialist receives requests, we confirm they are a real, reachable business operating in the area they claim to serve. We're honest that this vetting is still light today. We verify contact and service area rather than auditing every license, and we'll describe it plainly as it grows rather than overstate it.
