These terms govern your use of Appliance Pros Network, operated by Fuad Aliyevas an individual. By submitting a request, you agree to them. We've kept them short and plain.

What we provide

Appliance Pros Network is a free referral service. We take the details you submit and connect you with one independent local appliance repair specialist. That introduction is the service we provide.

We are a referral service, not a repair provider

We do not perform appliance repairs, employ the specialists, or supervise their work. The specialists are independent contractors who run their own businesses. Any agreement for a repair (including scheduling, pricing, payment, and the work itself) is strictly between you and the specialist.

No warranty on the work

Because we don't perform the repairs, we make no warranties about the specialists or their work, including quality, timing, pricing, or outcome. Any warranty or guarantee on a repair comes from the specialist, not from us. We provide the referral service “as is.”

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate information so we can match you well, and evaluate any specialist and estimate yourself before agreeing to work. We don't collect payment for repairs and will never ask you to pay us for the work.

Contact consent

When you submit a request, you consent to be contacted by us and the matched specialist about your request, by phone, text, or email. You can opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuad Aliyev is not liable for the acts, omissions, or work of the independent specialists, or for any damages arising from a repair arranged through the service. Our role is limited to making the introduction.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
