Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain English, what Appliance Pros Network (operated by Fuad Aliyev as an individual) collects when you use our referral service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to connect you with a local specialist.

What we collect and why

When you submit a repair request, we collect:

• Your first name and phone number, so the matched specialist can contact you. Phone is required because the specialist needs a way to reach you about the repair.
• Your email (optional), only if you provide it, for a written confirmation.
• Your ZIP code and details about the appliance (type, brand, the problem, urgency), so we can match you with a specialist who covers your area and works on that appliance.
• Basic technical and source information, such as your IP address, device type, the page you came from, and marketing campaign tags in the link you clicked. We use this to operate the service, prevent spam and abuse, and understand which pages are useful.

We do not ask for your home address, date of birth, Social Security number, or any financial information, because the referral doesn't need them.

Who receives your information

Your request is sent to one independent service provider in your area: the specialist we match you with. They use it to contact you and schedule the repair. The specialists are independent businesses, not our employees.

We also use a small number of service providers to run the platform (for example, hosting, and the systems that deliver your request to the specialist by email or messaging). They process information only to provide those services to us.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. California residents can read more on our Do Not Sell My Personal Information page.

How long we keep it

We keep your request information for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward to handle follow-ups, disputes, and our legal obligations. Generally no longer than 24 months, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

How to access or delete your information

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@applianceprosnetwork.comfrom the address you used, or include the phone number on the request, and we'll take care of it. You can also opt out of further contact at any time.

Cookies and tracking

We use only the storage that's strictly necessary to make the site and form work, for example remembering your progress between form steps in your own browser, and an anti-spam check on the form. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on our form pages. If we ever add optional analytics, we'll ask for your consent first.

Children

Our service is for homeowners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
